Rental Terms & Conditions

📅 Reservation & Payment

non-refundable payment of 50% of your total rental cost is due at checkout to confirm your reservation and secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than the day of delivery.


💵 Refundable Security Deposit

separate refundable security deposit is also due at checkout. This amount is not part of your rental total and is held to cover any potential damage or loss. The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days after your event, pending inspection.

Deductions may apply for the following:

  • Damaged or broken items
  • Missing items
  • Excessive cleaning required
  • Late returns

If damages or losses exceed the deposit amount, the renter will be invoiced for the balance due.


🔁 Cancellations & Refunds

  • The 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event may be eligible for a refund of any additional amounts paid (excluding the deposit).
  • Cancellations made within 6 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for items that are unused after delivery or pickup.

⚠️ Liability & Responsibility

The renter is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned or collected. This includes protecting items from damage, theft, or weather-related exposure. Any item lost, damaged, or not returned will be charged to the renter accordingly.


⏱️ Late Returns

late return fee may be charged for items returned past the agreed-upon pickup or drop-off time, unless previously arranged in writing.


🌦️ Weather Policy

All outdoor rentals must be adequately protected from rain, wind, and extreme weather. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather unless stated otherwise in writing.
